Strategic Engagements Program CoordinatorDescription -This is a great opportunity to join the amazing team that is responsible for driving sales growth through strategic customer/partner engagements. As part of our newly acquired partnerships with top tier brands, we have established the Sales Enablement team designed to ensure there is rigor and thoughtful strategy around how we are utilizing assets that are part of our sponsorship agreements.. The Strategic Engagements Program Coordinator will work closely with the program lead to manage and optimize the deployment of sponsorship assets to our sales team. This person will focus on process improvement, organization, and efficient allocation and nomination of assets across our salesforce. Additionally, this role requires strong collaboration with our marketing team and proficiency in reporting and data management. The ideal candidate works well independently and has a keen eye for detail. They have experience creating and communicating new processes as well as solving challenges proactively. A background in Corporate tech is not required but would be an ideal background to allow this person to hit the ground running.Key ResponsibilitiesAsset Management and DeploymentOversee the inventory and nomination of sponsorship assets to the sales team.Develop and implement processes to streamline asset allocation and nomination.Ensure assets are utilized effectively to maximize customer engagement and drive sales growth.Process ImprovementIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of asset management.Work with Marketing to standardize procedures for asset allocation and reporting.Collaboration and CommunicationWork closely with the marketing team to track and manage assetsFacilitate communication between sales and marketing to ensure cohesive execution of sponsorship programs.Reporting and Data AnalysisConsolidate and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of the sponsorship asset program.Coordinate reporting on asset utilization, customer engagement, and ROI.Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize future asset deployment.Stakeholder ManagementEngage with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and senior management, to ensure alignment and support for sponsorship initiatives.Address and resolve any issues related to asset management and deployment.Required SkillsStrong analytical skills with the ability to consolidate and extrapolate data.Excellent organizational and process improvement skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Dynamics.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.Preferred SkillsSharePoint ProficiencyExperience working with sponsorship agreementsKnowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).Personal AttributesDetail-oriented and proactive.Strong problem-solving skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.Education & Experience RecommendedFour-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in strategy, planning, operations, market research, or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.Preferred CertificationsProject Management Professional (PMP) CertificationKnowledge & SkillsAnalyticsBusiness IntelligenceBusiness StrategiesPower BIThought LeadershipCross-Org SkillsEffective CommunicationResults OrientationLearning AgilityDigital FluencyCustomer CentricityImpact & ScopeImpacts multiple teams and may act as a team or project leader providing direction to team activities and facilitates information validation and team decision making process.ComplexityResponds to moderately complex issues within established guidelines.DisclaimerThis job description describes the general nature and level of work performed in this role.
