JOB SUMMARYWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Operations/Support Professional to join our dynamic sales team. As a Sales Support Associate, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize the sales process, drive efficiency, and enhance overall sales team performance. Your role will involve managing sales technology systems and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and improve operational effectiveness.About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments  1-2 years’ Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM system and supporting the Sales Cycle business.Solid business acumen of business transactions and end-to-end sales processesStrong working knowledge of CRM (Salesforce.com) and specialist-training expertise with CRM systemsBachelor’s degree in business, Technology, Mathematics, Engineering or similar advantageousProficient communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.It would be great if you also had …Ability to listen effectively and obtain necessary information to transact successfully within the business sectorsStrong organizational skills.Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently with minimum supervision.Must possess knowledge of business processes, pricing, policies, and contracts.What will you be doing in this role?Sales Support OperationsUnderstand the company sales processes and develop training material regarding management of Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Campaigns, Activities, and other custom objects such as RenewalsActive participation in the designated Taskforce group and assist on time completion of Projects by creation of process documents, supporting larger GSO projects, etc.Support and lead training for Sales reps including new starter training, training on initiatives in partnership with CRM Operations and Sales Training & DevelopmentSupport with release of Salesforce sales process enhancements such as facilitating technical development information into user friendly adoptionDevelop effective working relationships with sales managers and collaborate with partner groups providing service to the business.Manage assigned cases and drive performance based upon metrics.Service orientated focus to work by providing empathetic sales support within policy guidelines and established proceduresSupport the Clarivate Analytics sales order process, billing systems, incentives, contract management, business policies and assist in problem solving all issues that are related to the fore-mentioned processes.Manage creation of documentation of the various business processes.Quote AdministrationProvide a professional, dedicated and customer focussed service to all queries received from all stakeholdersInterpret requests, analyse results, and provide support that adheres to customer contracts and Clarivate normsUse internal tools to understand requests and make key changes that will meet the needs of all the customers and colleaguesLiaise with other stakeholders as needed to ensure that the Quote details are accurate and consistent, and the Quote is of the highest accuracy and detailEnsure that the steps taken comply to the steps outlined in the Quote administrator runbook. Contribute and evolve Quote administrator RunbookDevelop tools to better analyse quote change resultsReporting & AnalysisAscertain effective ongoing support for daily opportunity to order matters including support for renewal processing, change requests and responding to end-user inquiries.Identify opportunities for improvements in sales process efficiency and effectiveness.
