We are looking for a Sr. Business Operations Analyst to join our Order Management team. This is an exciting opportunity to Operate as a key technical stakeholder in OMBD, collaborate with BIS and other technology teams, and advocate technology enhancements/improvements with a focus on eliminating nonessential manual processes and driving improved accuracy in overall billing processes.About You: At least 5 years of work experience in operations related to order management, sales operations, or customer service.Bachelors/University level degree or equivalent in any discipline (related business or operations field preferred)/MBA or equivalent Master's degree (preferred not mandatory Strong analytical, forecasting methods skills, and problem-solving skills.Must be adept in the use of MS Office, particularly advanced skills in Excel & PowerPointAt least basic management of MS SharePointReporting experience in CRM systems like Salesforce/ Power BI/ TableauExperience in Project Management tools like MS Visio & MS Project preferred.It would be great if you also had?PMP or related project management certification (preferred not mandatory)Experience in Project Management tools like MS Visio & MS Project preferred.Salesforce Admin qualification preferred.What will you be doing in this role? Develop a good understanding of the department’s project portfolio.effectively manage and lead assigned projects provide support with project documentation/charters, reporting, and tracking as requiredsupport administration and maintenance of OMBD systems like EBS and related components in Salesforce and/or other CRM/ERP systemssupport development & maintenance of the department’s operational performance dashboards & reports in Salesforce and other systems like Power BIResponsible for communicating and maintaining Clarivate branding on email signatures, announcements, project, presentation & reporting templates, out-of-office response & case management communicationssupport general communications requirements from the management.thoroughly gather data, interview managers/employees, and research existing business operations/requirements to come up with recommendations for improvement.support ad-hoc reporting and analytics using Excel and other power tools like SharePoint, Power BI, etc.About the Team Our Order Management Department is a diverse and dynamic team with members based across the globe.
