Associate Business Analyst

We are looking for an Associate Business Analyst to enhance our operational excellence! As an Associate Business Analyst, you collect data about our current Intellectual Property organization’s operations to improve our system and process landscape. Your primary duties include researching our current business processes, identify opportunities to improve our operational efficiency. You will closely collaborate with our BI (Business Intelligence) engineers to support our management through process & impact analysis, process charts or directly through appropriate BI solutions.About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments  Bachelor’s degree in related field (science, business, finance, technology) or equivalent work experience0-2 years of working experienceMinimum B2 level of EnglishIt would be great if you also had . . .  Certification CBAPIn-depth knowledge of data modelling techniques (conceptual, logical, physical data models)Experience in integrated management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 20000, ISO 27001), experience in audits and certifications as Internal AuditorExperience in any field or standard that focuses on service management (e.g. ITIL, ISO 2000) or analytical concept to monitor operational processes What will you be doing in this role? Analyzing the structure of our IP business to determine how it operates and determine its objectivesIdentifying any problems with the current business modelDesigning potential solutions to any problems identified during the research phaseDeveloping comprehensive end-to-end (E2E) process documentation at application and multi-application levelsCommunication interface to IP business departments, IP leadership team and IP BI engineers.About the Team   We are growing team of currently five data analysts and process experts from Europe and India.
