This role is instrumental in defining and driving product strategy for the business and will report to the Sr. Director of Product Strategy.About the RolePartner with Product Management to define business unit strategyBe a connector; work cross-functionally with Product Strategy, Corporate Strategy, & VenturesAssess product market fit by geography and industryPerform market sizing, build financial models, and evaluate return on investmentAnalyze build vs. buy vs. partner approachesLead multiple projects simultaneously and arrive at recommendations with speedTake initiative and handle day-to-day work and new assignments with little direction or supervisionPitch recommendations to executives to gain consensusAbout YouBasic Qualifications6-8+ years experience in Strategy Consulting, Corporate Strategy, or Product Strategy6-8+ years experience with Enterprise SoftwareIntermediate financial modeling skillsSophisticated verbal presentation abilities, executive presence, and experience using Google Slides​Other QualificationsMasters of Business Administration preferredGlobal experience preferredExperience using Tableau preferredExperience with Human Resources Software or Workforce Management Software preferredExperience with Retail or Manufacturing industry preferredWorkday Pay Transparency StatementThe annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below.  Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
