You will be the Workday lead ultimately responsible for growing key customer relationships, attending Steering Committee meetings, and handling the customer experience through the entirety of the service. You will also be part of the Workday Success Plans (WSP) team, focused on providing our customers with an exceptional Workday experience as we innovate and focus on constant improvement of the WSP Service.About the RoleWorkday is looking for a Principal Deployment Review and Assessment Manager (DRM) with Strong HCM or Financials expertise to join our growing Deployment Review and Assessment team.Responsibilities:Demonstrate proficiency in the Workday’ HCM and Financials product suiteAbility to work in diverse, fast paced environment and effectively collaborate across teamsProvide guidance to partner and client resources during escalationsAbility to juggle multiple projects and issues simultaneouslyWork with customer project managers to ensure the service is completed on time and per expectationsConfirm that projects are on schedule per defined project timelineAttend Executive Steering Committee meetings during project critical issue situations or,Be a liaison for sales and partner relations by providing partner implementation success dataAbout YouBasic Qualifications5+ years of experience of project management with HCM, Payroll or Financial implementations within medium enterprise, large enterprise, higher education and/or state and local governments.5+ years of experience implementing Workday.
