Expected to have experience in SaaS based solutions.Expected Skills:· Functional Domain: Supply Chain Planning, Execution· Software: Java, Python, Rest API.· Application Architecture: Scalable, Resilient, Service oriented architecture· Tools: Aha, JIRAWhat you’ll do:· Run multiple scrum teams and lead sprint planning sessions.· Lead all aspects of project execution, including project status, risk management, issue resolution, and change control.· Collaborate and lead cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define the project scope and deliverables and set project milestones. Collaborate and communicate effectively among cross-functional teams.· Delivers releases and sprints on time, in scope, and with high quality. Reviews quality metrics and executes on remediation plans.· Assist with data platform roadmap, track requests in the ticketing system (JIRA) with requirements. Validates new features and their impact on existing features. Demonstrates the new functionality to the stakeholders for feedback.· Project reports in the JIRA including burn chart, resource allocation by tracks.· Works with appropriate parties to plan project resource requirements including availability of development environments and tools.· Supports and maintains a product or project adhering to defined SLAs. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise, escalating as required.· Raises and escalates impediments to delivery with associated options and alternatives that would remove the impediments.What we are looking for:· Bachelor’s or master’s degree and minimum 10 to 12 years of experience in Software Industry.· Experience in Product Development organization.· Champions Agile/SCRUM development methodology.· Has proven ability to challenge technical decisions and influence the technical direction of an initiative.· Has proven ability to challenge the business driver or implementation of a delivery and to influence the final solution output. Contributes towards the product architecture and functionality decisions.· Presents in a coherent and concise manner to leadership at the Director and above level with some coaching.· Keeps the entire team and stakeholders up to date on the status, expectations, and direction for the activities being managed.· Has proven ability to make decisions while collecting input from all stakeholders (such as PMG, architecture, and development) making appropriate trade-offs between technology, domain, and delivery constraints with some guidance from their director.· Has proven ability to work with individuals in their organization to groom them for the next level of their career.
