Job Overview: The Services Operations Team supports Coursera’s mission by helping our academic and industry partners deliver flexible, affordable and job-aligned educational content to learners worldwide. As a Partner Success Consultant, you will be a part of a Services Operations Centre and work extensively with the long-tail of Coursera’s academic and industry partners creating content on the platform. You will be responsible for ensuring their growth, managing the pipeline of content being created by them and conducting step-back analyses to provide insights to partners on driving impact with content. This role will be very cross-functional in nature and will require you to work with members in our partnerships, marketing, product, finance and legal teams.   You will be a fantastic communicator and influencer who thrives on solving complex problems, creating processes, and launching highly successful content and programs. We are looking for a proven leader, with strong team-building, interpersonal, and creative instincts, and the ability to navigate the fast-paced ambiguity of a scaleup environment. Responsibilities: Partner Management: Execute crucial partner management duties, including partner onboarding, regular strategic reviews of partners and content; troubleshoot portfolio and operational issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure effective resolutions. Educational Content Oversight: Manage the project and technical launch of educational content being created by the partner, ensuring it meets high quality standards, aligns with learner outcomes, adheres to Coursera’s guidelines, and fulfills partner expectations. Insights and Advisory: Provide partners with comprehensive, data-driven insights and guidance on utilizing key platform features; offer actionable recommendations to boost learner engagement  Partner Growth: Through trusted partner relationships and effective course offering optimization, create partner success plans to drive partner growth and improve key performance metrics such as learner retention and partner satisfaction.
