Description Description • Set up and qualify quality infrastructures at supplier factory • Measurement system, include but not limited to dimensional, functional measurement, as well as visual inspections • Review quality performance and drive improvement • Collaborate with multi-functional teams (engineering/process development/PM/procurement etc) to resolve quality issues and improve quality • Ensure up/down stream supply OQC/IQC are in sync for quality standards and measurements are correlated each other • Drive lessons learned into designs and use predictive methods to anticipate and avoid quality issue early in development cycle. • Dedicatedly provide leadership and drive yield & operational excellence expectations with CMs through direct interaction, continuous communication, and continuous improvement efforts. • Resolve outstanding equipment efficiencies, UPH, MMR, and material usage, and drive + implement across vendors • Drive continuous yield improvement activities with CMs. • Track CM performance through objective measurement systems as well as audits and on line verification. Implement communication plan, providing summary and corrective action plans through life cycle of products. • Call out key concerns and options for resolutions to senior management. Minimum Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Education requirement: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering or Technology Proficient in Local Language and English, spoken and written Capable of failure analysis and problem solving with engineering methodology Key Qualifications Key Qualifications Preferred Qualifications Preferred Qualifications Excellent problem solver, using structured problem solving methodology to assign root cause, plus develop and implement corrective and preventative actions Understand mechanical drawing, GD&T, and ERS (engineering requirement specification) Dedication and passion in commercial electronics industry, and in relevant job function, e.g. quality engineer, process engineer, PD etc. Familiar with precision manufacturing, automation and assembly process Builds formal networks involving coordination among groups Good in statistical analysis, experienced use of JMP or mini tab Keen on new technology such as Python, Machine Learning, AI and etc Hands-on in the factory processes, with frequent time spent on the factory floor Solid presentation skills, and excellent communicator who can translate high-level goals into tangible action plans Project Management experience and skills Flexible for travel, including domestic and international travel Education & Experience Education & Experience Additional Requirements Additional Requirements More
