This person will plan and manage a quarterly calendar of webinars and live demos, working closely with cross- functional counterparts to source speakers, vet abstracts, and manage promotional cycles. They will also be responsible for maintaining the Marketo programs and monitoring core webinar reporting. Your day-to-day Create and execute webinars, live demos, eSummits, etc. that drive pipeline, with quarterly accountability for response & pipeline creation for North America Manage all activities around webinar programs from concept to execution, including the quarterly schedule, topics, speakers, promotion and analytics Manage full program lifecycle in Marketo (cloning and updating programs, emails, smart lists etc) Build and maintain registration pages in Drupal Moderate 2-3 webinars per week Work with vendors to facilitate 3rd party webinars (ex ISC2, SecureWorld, ISACA) and manage 3rd party webinar syndication programs What you bring to the team 5-7 years of experience running marketing programs in SaaS, Cloud or IT Security enterprise software Strong Marketo and Salesforce experience required Drupal experience a plus Experience owning Zoom, BrightTalk or ON24 Experience executing effective demand generation marketing campaigns and programs that are integrated and multi-channel while delivering measurable and repeatable results Strong project management skills If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!
