Software Manager

NVIDIA is looking for a Software Manager who sees the big picture. This essential role will give you an opportunity to participate in an open-source project widely adopted by the storage industry. You will join the storage software team, responsible for exposing cutting-edge hardware capabilities to high-performance, scalable, user-mode storage applications.What you'll be doing:Lead distributed team of software developersMaintain and enhance SPDK (The Storage Performance Development Kit - https://spdk.io/)Take end-to-end responsibility for major featuresParticipate in enhancing our cutting-edge technology storage solutionsHands-on involvement in coding, debugging, and optimizing softwareWhat we need to see :Academic degree in Computer Science4+ years of experience leading a teamExperience in low-level C/C++ programming8+ years of overall relevant experienceWays to stand out from the crowd:Experience in storage (mainly NVME protocol) – advantageContribution to Open Source projectsSelf and quick learning abilitiesExcellent social and written communication skillsExperience in RDMA – advantageNVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers.
