You'll play a critical shaping and delivering change management communications that drive the adoption of enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. What you'll bring to the table:Proven experience in strategic communications, with a focus on change management.Exceptional writing skills, capable of crafting clear, concise, and engaging messages.Expertise in producing multimedia communications, particularly videos.Advanced PowerPoint skills, with a knack for creating visually compelling presentations.Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting, demonstrating strong self-motivation and time management skills. Some details about what you'll do:Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans that support enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.Produce multimedia content, including videos, to effectively convey key messages and drive engagement.Collaborate closely with the Sr. Director of Transformation Readiness and Sr. Strategic Communications Manager to align communication strategies with business objectives.Create and deliver high-quality PowerPoint presentations to communicate complex information in an accessible and visually appealing manner.Monitor and assess the impact of communication efforts, continually refining strategies to enhance effectiveness and reach.
