Brooklyn Bowl Nashville is the ultimate night out, with its groundbreaking integration of premiere music, 19 lanes of bowling, bars featuring locally crafted beers, and food by the acclaimed Blue Ribbon restaurant group. Located in Germantown, adjacent to home of the Triple-A Nashville Sounds baseball team, the venue is Brooklyn Bowl’s third location.Wearing its homegrown values on its sleeve, Brooklyn Bowl is committed to locally made products, environment sustainability, and boasts an unprecedented combination of top-flight music, bowling, beer, and food.The Role: The Server is responsible for all stages of the meal, such as menu clarification, placing orders, and making certain orders are prepared correctly. They present the food and beverage check and take payment and are ultimately responsible for the appearance of their station (meaning proper set up for the meal being served, and cleanliness).Responsibilities:Responsible for all stages of food and beverage service in the restaurant, bowling area, bar or other areas throughout the venueMaintain the cleanliness and appearance of the dining or service area to meet departmental standardsGreet and make all guests feel welcomeRespond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely fashionEnsure the guest has an enjoyable experiencePossess in-depth knowledge of all menu items and specials, including ingredients, preparation methods, etc.Ensure appropriate utensils and condiments are present for the meal being servedCheck all tables to ascertain guest needs. Remains attentive to the needs and requests of the guestEnsures that all phases of the meal are carried out appropriately, from the time the guests are seated until their departureRelate all information to kitchen and management in detail of special requestsObtain food and drink orders from guests.
