The role will lead the design and execution of the engagement strategy and implementation, plays a key role in crafting an outstanding people experience for the global organization and will work collaboratively with the leadership team and other people experience, engagement and learning resources!What you will accomplish: Identify engagement strategic priorities in partnership with organizational leadership based on best practices, outstanding location needs and employee feedback.Build and implement action plans to drive the strategic priorities and execute on engagement programs globallyEngage with employees, organizational leadership, learning & engagement partners inside and outside of the organization and people experience on the ideation, prioritization and execution of strategic priorities and actions  Maintain and coordinate calendars and scheduling for programs and events, identifying when events are best delivered globally or locallyCoordinate with local partners and equip them to implement global engagement plans at a local levelAccountable for execution of site engagement activities at a site levelPartnership with COI leads to establish business level participation and connection to drive DEI and engagement goalsStand up and lead a voice of the employee forum, to include facilitation of meetings, follow up and administration, integration of feedback to action plans and priorities, and providing updates and output to leadership. Gather and report out on metrics to all levels of leadership to illustrate progress and impactWhat you will bring: BA preferred and  5+ years relevant work experience Ability to manage projects from ideation to implementation, and maintain programs as they transition from project to run the business status, particularly in the engagement/people initiatives area.         Organized, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple programs and competing priorities at one timeUpbeat with a positive outlook on eBay and respect for the eBay brandPassionate about their work and crafting a positive customer and employee experienceAdvocate for employees across all levels, experience and sitesCross functional business partnershipHas direct knowledge of and experience with an operations environment and the outstanding needs to be addressed through programs and approachesSees the big picture and connects strategy to action plans and executionCreative problem solver with an ability to think outside of the box to generate ideas and translate them into relevant results that have business impactStrong collaborator and relationship manager who can achieve results in partnership with others and build an engaging, inclusive environment Flexes work style to be effective and impactful with people across many levels, locations/time zones and cultures Able to work independently and in a team to achieve results; able to mobilize groups and achieve results with and through othersGather and analyze insights to report on impact and experienceExperience with engagement initiatives, event planning, recognition programs and communications a plus#LI-GJPPlease see the Talent Privacy Notice for information regarding how eBay handles your personal data collected when you use the eBay Careers website or apply for a job with eBay.eBay is an equal opportunity employer.
