We are seeking a Senior Manager of Global Accounts Payable to become an integral part of our team. The person in this role will oversee and enhance our global Accounts Payable processes. The successful candidate will possess a strategic, forward-looking, results-driven perspective, coupled with the capability to remain hands on and drive operational excellence for our continued success. SHOULD YOU ACCEPT THIS CHALLENGE... Leadership and Management: Lead and mentor a high-performing global AP team, fostering professional growth and driving exceptional team performance. Exhibit proficiency in people management, including recruitment, assessment, development, and performance management. Cultivate and maintain relationships with strategic vendors. Global AP Oversight: Oversee and direct the activities of the global AP function, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in invoice processing, payment, and vendor management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize AP processes and drive operational excellence. Financial Controls and Compliance: Implement and uphold robust financial controls to ensure compliance with US and international regulations and internal standards. Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits and ensure financial integrity. Operational Excellence: Drive strategic enhancement projects to promote integration and automation within the AP function, leveraging technologies such as OCR and AI Develop and maintain key metrics and operational dashboards to monitor the efficiency and accuracy of global AP functions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate accurate financial reports and provide insights for strategic decision-making. WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE... Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field 10-12 years of experience, including previous experience working with global or multi-entity AP processes Proven success in global team management, fostering collaboration and achieving exceptional team performance Demonstrated strategic thinking and critical analysis skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders Proficiency in financial software applications, such as NetSuite and SAP, to optimize accounts payable processes Strong understanding of US GAAP accounting, compliance, and internal controls Excellent proficiency in G-Suite and and other relevant software applications Self-motivated and adaptable, with a focus on outcomes within a dynamic business environment. You will be based in Prague, Czechia. As this is an office-centric role, you are expected to be present in the office for 3 days a week. As outlined in Pure's Hybrid Work Policy, there will be variations over periods of time, depending on business need. Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations. This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
