The Project Manager stewards project schedules and drives creative workflow throughout the group. You will run key creative initiatives across the creative studio, tracking project status and brand project timelines, identifying bottlenecks, scheduling key creative reviews, and ensuring smooth workflow. This position will play a leading role for Project Management within Marcom Los Angeles. Description Description Our Project Management team understands, and deeply values, the creative and design process. Critical within the PM role is ensuring effective connection and communication between creative and production teams, our matrix of key stakeholders across global Marcom, and the wider Apple organization, in order to keep the work moving forward. This role will own the delivery and oversight of Marcom LA’s campaign calendar. Presenting prioritization and milestones to leadership with and informed point of view for project tracking, new briefs with action plans, awareness of capacity, and any budget restraints that could impact delivery. Responsibilities will include: Partner closely with Brand team, drive on driving priorities and delivering the annual and quarterly roadmaps for teams, by line of business. Communicate and drive campaign delivery from project approval, to strategic development, creative development, right through to production. Work with our Brand Executive Creative Directors and their creative and design teams, to define concepting process and structure of reviews, specific to project needs. Lead project workflow logistics: set-up, communication, disclosure lists, folders, logistics calendars and confidential work spaces. Facilitate Brand-led creative reviews and all connection points including scope, attendees, location, facilities, materials. Ensure that updates are shared with partners and that project materials are collected and archived. Builds and fosters a critical relationship with Resource Management. To collaborate and advise on potential and actual capacity challenges or talent roadblocks. Possess an innate ability to be the calm voice in pressurized situations, always applying a common sense and respectful approach Ability to organize information quickly and at a high level to address potential roadblocks and define the best way forward. Have a deep cultural curiosity and connectedness, including extraordinary communication and negotiation skills. An inventive and enthusiastic problem solver, at ease with working in a dynamic, highly matrixed organization. Understand print, digital and video asset creation and approval cycles. Have at 10+ years experience working with creative teams in an agency environment. Including 3+ years leading a team Familiar with applications including Mail, Numbers, Keynote, Pages, and Calendar. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $137,100 and $255,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
