Apple’s Environment, Policy, and Social Initiatives team is seeking an Education Program Manager to further efforts in bringing coding, creativity and workforce opportunities to communities who are traditionally underrepresented in technology. Description Description You will help to craft strategy, advance global partnerships and drive external engagement in alignment with Apple’s Racial Equity and Justice Initiative, with a specific focus on Institutions and organizations serving Indigenous communities. Applying your strong background in education policy and partnership development and/or social justice, you will work closely with global cross-functional teams to advance access to Apple technology and education resources. Minimum Qualifications Minimum Qualifications At least 7+ years proven experience in education programming or policy for a large company or NGO, or in an agency setting Experience building strong external partnerships with institutions and organizations serving the Indigenous peoples and communities Key Qualifications Key Qualifications Preferred Qualifications Preferred Qualifications Deep understanding of the role of technology in education, education disparities, racial equity and justice, and broader social responsibility strategy from a government, non-profit or corporate perspective Outstanding project management experience, attention to detail, and an ability to handle projects with dynamic priorities and time horizons Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build and foster positive relationships Long-term strategy insight, including an ability to assess partnership opportunities for potential value Self-motivated and proactive, with proven creative and critical thinking capabilities Extraordinary storyteller with strong written and verbal communication skills BA/BS and/or MA/MS in public policy, Political Science, Education or related field preferred Education & Experience Education & Experience Additional Requirements Additional Requirements Pay & Benefits Pay & Benefits At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $139,200 and $258,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
