If this sounds like you, read on!You will be a Project Specialist for internal programs in our Global Delivery and Solutions team within Enterprise Customer Success at Autodesk. You will collaborate with us and our teams across the business to manage the execution and delivery of multiple projects and workstreams supporting our strategic programs.This is a hybrid position based in Poland.You will report to the Enterprise Customer Success Practice Manager.Main Responsibilities:You will manage project execution with internal program teams, including planning, scheduling, resourcing, requirements gathering, documentation, and execution of activities and controlsYou will partner with Program Managers and subject matter experts to coordinate and define project scopeYou will manage project risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies in collaboration with Program ManagerYou will forecast and manage time for project resourcesIn collaboration with Program Manager, you will help to create reports to internal leadership (e.g. Quarterly Business Reviews and Risk Reports)You will monitor projects to ensure completion within defined schedule, budget, and quality parametersYou will monitor project performance metrics and goals, identifying trends, issues, and raising opportunities for improvement to Program ManagerYou will motivate project teams without direct authorityYou may identify opportunities to refine project management processes to guide more efficient collaboration across project teamsYou will have knowledge of vendor management, clarifying scope and managing vendor contracts and responsibilitiesMinimum qualifications:2+ years of project management, business analyst, management consulting, sales/business development or similar experienceYou understand project requirements and define and manage the tactical plan necessary to meet themYou have experience creating written and visual communications to convey project statusYou are comfortable working in a global, virtual environmentYou are comfortable working in an environment that is constantly changingYou are proficient in standard software tools such as PowerPoint, Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), Smartsheet, and other productivity tools#LI-SH1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
