Job Requisition ID #24WD80741Responsibilities: Research, design, and develop computer and network software or specialized utility programs. Analyze user needs and develop software solutions, applying principles and techniques of computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis. Update software or enhance existing software capabilities. Serve as a key member of Autodesk's Digital employee experience (dEX) platform team. Leverage Software Engineering and DevOps principles to optimize the company's business critical software systems and processes through building re-usable platforms that enrich and improve overall Autodesk employee experience. Design, develop and deliver full-stack, high-value, cloud-based applications and experiences. Ensure delivery of high-quality software solutions by architecting and developing new features, as well as participating in quality assurance efforts. Participate in an agile-based software development practices, delivering value at high velocity. Focus on quality, including writing unit/integration tests and refactoring when appropriate. Work closely with architects, technical leads, product owners, and others to drive towards a common software vision. Lead and mentor team to follow software engineering standards, including efficiency, quality, security, resiliency, and other best practices. Design and build solutions, frameworks, automation, and orchestration for a broad range of applications. Provide experience and support for the overall planning, execution, and success of complex technical projects. Work on automation opportunities across various domains and business systems as the need arises. Support cross-team collaboration and coordination to ensure reliable, secure, available, and scalable releases. Must be available to work on projects at various, unanticipated sites throughout the United States. Telecommuting is permitted.Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Science or related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or in a software engineer-related occupation. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $165,669 - $194,600/year. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
