Job Requisition ID #24WD80736Responsibilities:Design and implement computer and information networks, such as local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), intranets, extranets, and other data communications networks. Perform network modeling, analysis, and planning, including analysis of capacity needs for network infrastructures.Develop and drive long-term networking strategy in the public cloud. Automate networking related tasks and build self-service tools. Develop an enterprise scale SASE solution. Run and maintain the network – debug, troubleshoot, tune, support. Participate in organizational objective planning sessions. Perform the design, architecture, and implementation of the WAN virtualization technology SD-WAN (Software Defined Wide Area Network) in cloud. Research and evangelize new Cloud networking technologies to increase technical innovation efficiency and improve quality and pace. Perform technology evaluations and POCs to provide recommendations by synthesizing conclusions and comparison of various technology solutions. Create monitoring dashboards to centralize all bandwidth and capacity utilization reports to be easily available which helps to act upon immediately in case of an issue and hence provides a highlight available network. Fine-tuning of monitoring and orchestration systems like Solarwinds, LogicMonitor, Cloudvision, Cisco DNA etc. to ensure automated alert generation. Configure the monitoring tools to generate automate configuration backup and capacity reports. Provide Level 3 troubleshooting for the issues in networking infrastructure and handling escalations from the network operations team to isolate the problems. Work on the escalated networking issues towards problem isolation and resolution within the SLA. Work on the RCA (Root Cause Analysis and FA (Future Avoidance). Work on the required automation and self-healing configurations as part of the future avoidance of the network infrastructure failures. Maintain and do timely review and standardization of the configurations of the data center and both private and public cloud-networking infrastructure. Manage relationships with third party vendors. Develop a playbook of design standards, patters, and reference implementations to support Autodesk’s multi-cloud global SD-WAN strategy. Cross train and mentor teammates. Telecommuting is permitted.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor’s degree* in Network Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field and seven (7) years of experience in the job offered or in a network/software engineer-related occupation. In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, employer will accept two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in a network/software engineer-related occupation. Telecommuting is permitted.Special Requirements:Position requires at least seven (7) years of experience in each of the following skills:Utilize knowledge of AWS infrastructure to architect and migrate applications, ensuring High Availability, Fault Tolerant, and Resilient AWS infrastructure along with created VPC with Public & Private Subnets, NAT GatewayUtilize knowledge of Lambda functions with the help of AWS X-RAY to visualize the complete flow of lambdaUtilize knowledge of AWS Cloud Solutions to perform various AWS Services including EC2, VPC, S3, Glacier, Elasticache, Direct Connect, Route 53, CloudWatch, CloudFormation, CloudTrail, SNS, API Gateway, SES, SQS, SWF, Application Elastic Load BalancerUtilize knowledge of IAM roles to perform Centralized control over AWS account security, providing fine-grained access control for resourcesUtilize knowledge of Security group and NACL to perform Virtual firewalls for instances, controlling inbound and outbound traffic to enhance network security and Stateless traffic control at the subnet level, providing an additional layer of security within a VPC.Utilize knowledge of AWS & Azure cloud platform to support enterprise clientsUtilize knowledge of Multi-Availably Zones to locate EC2's via Cloud Trail to report why the servers were stoppedUtilize knowledge of Project Management to support network-related projects, including planning, execution, and documentationUtilize knowledge of Aviatrix Multi-cloud environment to implement and manage multi-cloud solutions.Utilize knowledge of CloudFront to delivery service that accelerates the delivery of web content, including images, videos, scripts, and APIs,using a global network of edge locations to reduce latency and deliver content with high data transfer speedsLearn More About Autodesk Welcome to Autodesk! For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $155,605 - $216,000/year. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location.
