Analyze user needs and develop software solutions, applying principles and techniques of computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis. Update software or enhance existing software capabilities.Developing SDK’s by using different languages like Typescript with Node.js, .NET and Java. Deploying the code to higher environments through Jenkins with CI/CD pipeline. Automating the testing approach for the application with different ways like writing jest unit tests and writing integration tests for End-to-End application testing. Using Splunk to analyze more data related to the application performance and redesigning as required. Agile way of working with scrum-based methodologies with attending daily standups, backlog grooming and engineering hours with sprint duration of 2 weeks. Using Jira boards on tracking the work by creating the tickets. Working closely with the team with lot of collaboration among team members to work on daily basis. Design, code, test, debug, and document software, and enhance existing components to ensure that software meets business needs. Contribute to the design and architecture to enable secure, scalable and maintainable software. Apply technical expertise to resolve complex programming and design problems in a distributed environment. Develop and deliver frequently high quality, secure, stable code for use in products and solutions for customers, making it easier for other developers to maintain, enhance, reuse, and localize. Advocate to perform code reviews to ensure new code conforms to standards. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements, understand use cases and build towards a cohesive technical strategy. Contribute to cost-benefit evaluation by providing estimates for the features and define feasibility of each feature. Propose how to minimize the amount of work for sufficient solution to be implemented and demonstrate product increments in sprint reviews. Learn new technologies and solve business problems using these technologies. Some telecommuting is permitted. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a computer software-related occupation. Special Requirements:Position requires at least 5 years of experience in each of the following skills:Explore and integrate microservices architecture with REST API's and direct the optimization of application performance through code refactoring, Dockerization and database query enhancements by Postgres, Mongo DB and Sql to improve efficiency.Lead cross-functional team in design and implementation by adding analytics and approach for application monitoring like Splunk, New relic, Google Analytics. Implement performance enhancements, reducing page load times and improving overall user experience.Implement end-to-end process of application deployments by using Jenkins and Spinnaker pipeline on AWS resources and ensuring successful rollouts. Migrate legacy applications to the cloud, ensuring a smooth transition.Position also requires at least 4 years of experience in each of the following skills:Proactively explore and implement cutting-edge technologies to enhance the functionality of secure and scalable application by developing Authentication SDK using Typescript, Node.js.Collaborate with Product Owners and use Jira to Facilitate Scrum events, including backlog grooming, Sprint review, retrospective, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups ensuring transparency and collaboration among team members.Develop complex user interfaces using Front-end Frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience with server-side languages such as Node.js, Java, or .NET.Learn More About Autodesk Welcome to Autodesk! For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $145,662 - $194,600/year. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
