Job Requisition ID #24WD80746Responsibilities:Produce financial and market intelligence by querying data repositories and generating periodic reports. Devise methods for identifying data patterns and trends in available information sources. Architect, build and maintain efficient and reliable data products with tools such as dbt, Airflow and Snowflake to power self-serve analytical consumption. Work with operational and product teams across Autodesk to ensure data products are designed efficiently for self-serve analytical consumption. Collaborate with product teams and business stakeholders to design optimal products and data models for their use cases. Architect, design and promote data products that uphold data standards and best practices across data producers, leading efforts to make data an integral part of decision making. Serve as a data steward and subject-matter expert for a dedicated set of software products. Influence strategy and drive execution of our roadmap delivering self-serve analytic software products at scale. Provide leadership and mentorship to foster collaboration, knowledge sharing and a high bar for quality. Partner closely with members of the organization to identify, define, and track key metrics to use in planning, reporting and decision making by understanding key business and analytics questions to be answered. Develop insightful business intelligence reports, self-service dashboards and ad-hoc analytics that are scalable and repeatable. Aggregate, clean, and transform data from multiple sources for analysis and delivery of actionable insights. Provide insight on data trends and anomalies, making recommendations for improvement as needed. Execute sophisticated qualitative and quantitative analyses that translate raw data into insights, to inform and support decision-making for senior management. Telecommuting is permitted. Must be available to work on projects at various, unanticipated sites throughout the United States.Minimum Requirements:Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Systems or related field and 4 years of experience in the job offered or in a data analytics -related occupation. Must be available to work on projects at various, unanticipated sites throughout the United States.Skill Requirements: Position requires at least 2 years of experience in each of the following skills:Experience with building comprehensive analytical dashboard that details ad spent, trends of performance, engagement metrics, product adoption and user onboarding journey into the product;Experience with Python/R to forecast quarterly revenue generated;Experience with Time Series models to set objectives and action on specific regions and marketing campaigns;Experience with MySQL to deliver analyses focused on annual business including Campaign Performance, User segmentation, Agencies & Top markets;Experience with Python/MySQL to perform advertiser LTV analysis, ROAS optimization and attribution modeling;Experience with JIRA and Confluence to pioneer agile sprint meetings with stakeholders and management review board executives to update user stories, backlog grooming, and review session for each sprintPosition also requires at least 1 year of experience in each of the following skills:Experience with design schema mapping and parsing of the semi structured XML data to convert to CSV using dataweave mapping, transformation engine and subsequently pushed CSV data to MySQL enhancing enterprise level Data Analytic capabilityAnalyze historical contract data extracted form a procurement MySQL database to predict future bidding range and evaluate a broad range of pricing strategiesExperience with developing ERD and implement online contract opportunity pipeline salesforce CRM with python and Django's view controller and templating languageExperience with leading an ISO 27001 audit with BSI for recertification to develop secure practices for the organizationLearn More About Autodesk Welcome to Autodesk! For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $136,856 - $170,000/year. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
