Job Requisition ID #24WD80752Responsibilities:Produce financial and market intelligence by querying data repositories and generating periodic reports. Responsible for designing and productionalizing dashboard on complex HR related topics. Works directly with stakeholders to understand needs and build products that go beyond their stated asks. Coordinates follow up with stakeholders on key projects. Works with other technical resources in Autodesk to ensure data is accurately captured so she can design dashboards around them. Turn analysis into actionable data-driven insights and make business recommendations that support PPL strategies. Pull data using SQL to build dashboards and reports. Develop actionable KPIs that drive business decisions and inform executive management and other key constituents. Build and optimize automated dashboards to empower stakeholders to self-serve their data and analytical needs. Identify any data discrepancies and oversee data hygiene for people insights to ensure accuracy and clean data. Analyze and interpret people-related data. Manage project timeline and task assignments to ensure successful completion of the project within scope and on schedule. Must be available to work on projects at various, unanticipated sites throughout the United States. Telecommuting is permitted.Minimum Requirements:Master’s degree in Business/Data Analytics, Management Information Systems, Business, or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in an analyst-related occupation. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $151,736 - $185,000/year. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
