In this critical role, you will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing network of distributors across the Americas, EMEA, and APJ regions. You will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive volume reseller program, driving significant revenue growth through our channel partners.Responsibilities:Develop and implement a global volume reseller strategy to achieve aggressive sales targets.Recruit, onboard, and manage a team of channel account managers across all regions.Cultivate and expand relationships with key distributors, including experience working with TD-Synnex and Carasoft.Foster a strong understanding of Alteryx solutions within the channel partner ecosystem.Collaborate with product marketing and sales teams to develop and execute channel enablement programs.Drive partner adoption of Alteryx solutions through training, marketing initiatives, and technical support.Negotiate and manage volume reseller agreements, ensuring profitability and alignment with corporate goals.Track and analyze channel performance metrics, identifying opportunities for optimization and growth.Stay abreast of industry trends in the data and analytics space, including cloud marketplaces, data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI), and data platforms (Teradata, Snowflake, Databricks, Qlik).Develop strong relationships with these data platform and data visualization vendors to create a win-win ecosystem for Alteryx and its channel partners.Serve as a cross-functional leader focused on delivering growth and value across the Alteryx Global Alliances & Channels divisionQualifications:10+ years of experience in enterprise software sales and channel management, with a proven track record of success in building and leading high-performing channel teams.Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing volume reseller programs that drive significant revenue growth.Extensive experience working with distributors across the Americas, EMEA, and APJ regions.Deep understanding of the data and analytics space, cloud marketplaces, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik).Familiarity with leading data platform providers (Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, etc.).Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to track and interpret channel performance metrics.Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans, with a focus on achieving measurable results.Benefits: Competitive salary and benefits package. Compensation:Alteryx is committed to fair, equitable, and transparent compensation. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as your relevant work experience, education, certifications, skills, and geographic location. The salary range for this role in California, Colorado, Washington, Texas, and Rhode Island is $277,000 - $380,000.In addition, you may be eligible for other compensation, such as a bonus.
