Position Summary:As a Sr. Solutions Consultant on the Canada Technical Pre-sales team, you will have the chance to work with Canada’s largest and most innovative brands. You will be aligned to 2-3 Account Executives as technical owner on their accounts, and will be responsible for advancing opportunities towards a “technical win” where Adobe’s Digital Experience solutions are evaluated to be the best fit for the customer. This will require:Working with internal and customer stakeholders to craft a Vision and Point of View that align to the company’s most strategic business issues;Leveraging discovery and workshops to identify use cases that can unlock business value;Designing and delivering compelling demonstrations and presentations across the Adobe Experience Cloud;Defining the ideal marketing technology architecture based on the customer’s current and desired future state; andBuilding and delivering the technical case for changeAdditional responsibilities include assessing and flagging any technical risk on an account, conducting the handoff of detailed product specifications to post-sales teams and regular account and opportunity level reporting.As an extension of our Canadian Sales organization, your success will be measured by the revenue impact you have on the Canadian business by helping your aligned Account Executives secure net new Adobe customers, as well as drive growth in existing customer accounts. A depth of technical knowledge of Adobe and competitor solutions, as well as industry best practices, will be key to your success. Additionally, “customer side” experience is an asset that would bring credibility to your sales process and most importantly your customers.Prioritization is another key skill, as is being able to strategize with your account team (and management) to determine where to focus your efforts and where further opportunity qualification is needed. This can be one of the most difficult aspects of being a Solutions Consultant, choosing the right activities to help drive sales and when to say no with courtesy and respect.
