Office Value Business Planning AnalystDescription -This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Value Business Planning and Business Operations Team.  Our objective is to grow HP’s share in the $76B worldwide market opportunity, doubling revenues by FY27. This includes growing share of wallet with the Indirect Contractual Channel and enabling the HPWS organization to grow Direct and Partner MPS with a market-leading offer of devices, software and services. The Business Planning and Business Operations team will be responsible for designing and operationalizing the Value growth business plan, and partnering with the Category teams design the contractual system pricing strategy/structures. This team will be the team on point for managing business/pricing escalations and strategic/big deals support. Fundamental capabilities of the Business Operations team will be pricing competitive benchmarking, Margin Guardrails process, business insights to the Canon Alliance team, tracking of Value business performance and managing tools to track deals performance and partner’s profitability.The Business Planner Analyst is responsible for providing strategic and operational insights to to plan Value P&L for the LTP timeframe. This role involves analyzing business performance, forecasting future trends, and identifying opportunities for improvement. The analyst will work closely with various departments to ensure alignment with the company's financial and strategic goals. What an Office Value Business Planning Analyst does in HP:Data Analysis and Reporting:Collect and analyze data on various aspects of the business, including financial performance, market trends, and operational efficiency.Develop and maintain detailed financial models to forecast business performance.Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management. Strategic Planning:Assist in the development of long-term strategic plans by RTM and Market level.Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities and risks. Forecasting:Update forecasts based on changes in business conditions and provide scenario analysis. Individuals who do well in this role at HP, usually possess:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.3 years of experience in business analysis, strategic planning, financial analysis, or a related field.Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI).Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.Knowledge of Contractual Business is a plus.High attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy. Sustainable impact is HP’s commitment to create positive, lasting change for the planet, its people, and our communities.
