MEMS Wafer Fab Laser & KKM Process EngineerDescription -What a Fab Laser & KKM Process Development Engineer does at HP:As a MEMS wafer fab laser process development engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the development, optimization, and implementation of laser-related micromachining & KKM processes for MEMS wafer fabrication. You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, quality, and efficiency of these processes to meet the demanding requirements of our advanced HP ink jet manufacturing.Key Responsibilities:Laser micromachining process Sustaining & NPIProduction sustaining: manage current fab laser process and metrology process. work with metrology process owner for future Laser metrology process development. Equipment sustaining: Work closely with equipment counterpart for laser process issue troubleshooting and parts qualification. evaluate, select, install, and qualify new laser processes.NPI: Transfer, optimize and qualify ink jet laser process from US R&D site to Singapore within project timeline. Conduct experiments, analyze results, and iterate processes to achieve stable wafer quality and yields.Support KKM Process Development and CIPs. Support KKM process module owner to address KKM process challenges. work with fab product, process integration and WW teams for KKM CIP projects.Individuals who do well in this role at HP, usually possess:Bachelor or Master degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Engineering.Proven experience (3-5 years) in semiconductor wafer fabrication environment.Having experience with laser-related processes will be advantageous.Good understanding of semiconductor fab process & quality control system (SPC, checklist, data analysis etc)Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex process issues.Good project management skills including timeline and risk management, resource prioritization, and project structuring.High degree of interpersonal skills and able to work both independently and with cross-functional teams.Able to work under tight timeline and fast-paced environment.Strong communication skills, including written, presentation, negotiation and influencing.Possess good ownership, accountability and with agile mindset in view the work dynamics, Self-motivator and result-oriented.Good team playerAble to travel to overseas for business trip.Able to work in cleanroom.Sustainable impact is HP’s commitment to create positive, lasting change for the planet, its people, and our communities.
