You will assist as an Executive Assistant to the Country Lead of HP Norway as well as support activities for back office, events and building culture within the company. As an Site Assistant, you will also interact with key business leaders, partners, and customers. Below are some specific examples of what you would be responsible for:Provide support to the Country Lead of HP Norway Planning, organizing and coordinating staff meetings, onsite events, key customers events, customer visits, including managing logistics Maintain calendar of events and meetings for Country Lead Organize Country Lead`s travels and appointments Pro- actively propose content for staff meetings like monthly employees` meetings and interact with key stakeholders to get the requested data in time and with the right quality Enter, maintain, and administrate HR data for direct reports according to HP process Closely work with HR to keep personnel info, distribution lists and org charts up to date Manage recognition budget and process on Country Lead`s behalf Compile data for reports Assist with administrative tasks associated to the department`s budgets Order equipment and services via HP standard approved tools and processes Manage and approve purchase orders (POs) on Country Lead`s behalf Classify, organize, and process documents requiring signature File and maintain records as per HP requirements and guidelines Organize service anniversary celebrations, breakfasts for birthdays, presents and flowers for employees` wedding and baby births HP will give you the tools and means to make the best of you but the responsibility to perform will be within you, therefor an internal drive and self-motivation is needed in this role.At HP we measure and reward our employees based on performance, therefore it is an important part of the business year to be the owner of your own performance, knowing that you will have a supportive manager who enables you to perform at your best.
