Material Handler (Contract Based)Description -What a Material Handler (Contract Based) does at HP:Operate forklift activities which includes Transferring, Receiving, loading, and unloading of materials within Ink Plant.Managing the distribution and storages of various non-hazardous and hazardous materials within Ink PlantInspect of all incoming goods, making sure deliveries of physical goods matches with shipping document; communicate and report to the appropriate personnel.Perform cycle count, recording of inventory statues and ensure accuracy.Liaise with various stakeholders on withdrawal or shipping request of materials or Finished goods.Monitor storage condition and store raw materials, supplies and Finished goods in the appropriate/ designated locations.Must comply to Safety rule and Procedures.Individuals who do well in this role at HP usually possess: Skilled at operating forklift, with minimum 3-5 years of experience.Minimum SPM or O level equivalent.Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in warehouse and logistics management.Able to read, interpret, and follow written instructions and procedures.Able to communicate, both spoken and written in English, Chinese and Malay.Data entry into SAP will be an added advantage.Able to attend to details.Sustainable impact is HP’s commitment to create positive, lasting change for the planet, its people, and our communities.
