You will work with and learn from a global B2B software product management team. The team consists of several product development teams, reporting to the Vice President of Product Management. Experience with productivity tools is preferred, such as Office365, Teams, Jira, Confluence, and SmartsheetsExperience with quantitative and qualitative analytics tools is preferred, such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, or PendoWhat will you be doing in this role? Project focus will be supporting multiple software product teams with their implementations and use of Pendo Supports moving these teams along the maturity curve for both Pendo and product management best practices Ensures Pendo is collecting important usage data from our products Ensures Pendo resource center provides value to our users and reduces customer care inquiries Suggests OKRs for their team Supports small research projects to help answer strategic questions through user interviews or data analysis Shares their specific learnings and provides case studies to the PM team Invests time to understand the customer and advocates for them on their projects Suggests ways cross-team work can improve About the Team This product team manages a portfolio of commercial products and internal platform products. Team members are distributed internationally, primarily in the U.S. and Serbia, but also in Sweden, Austria, and the U.K. You would be primarily working with product managers and product analysts, but will also work with business analysts, Scrum product owners, UX, developers, marketers, and customer facing teams.
