We are looking for an Order Management and Billing Specialist for our Hyderabad office. This role is responsible to ensure accurate and timely management of orders and credits from sales through to invoicing working closely with our internal Sales, Support, Billing, and Collections teams.  The successful candidate will be expected to follow Clarivate s order processing and billing policies and proceduresAbout You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments  Graduate/ Postgraduate in finance or accounting would be preferred.  Direct experience preferred with order-to-cash, billing/invoicing or subscription management with a good knowledge of CRM sales systems and/or Order-to-cash/Billing system  Good knowledge of Order Management processes and business systems including SFDC preferable. Excellent organizational and time management skills Research skills and ability to work on own initiative Personality: Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook and a clear focus on high quality and performance.  Keen for new experience, responsibility, and accountability.  Proficiency in Salesforce.com and MS Excel is highly recommended. What will you be doing in this role? To manage the daily handling of Orders and Credits, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in current order-to-cash workflow.Handling order/credit requests.  Manage internal queries via Saleforce.com (SFDC) Case Management functionality. To liaise with other internal departments to resolve issues promptly via meetings (phone or face-to-face) or SFDC Case Management functionality. To ensure that system & operational issues are communicated appropriately Maintain knowledge of both Sales and Order Management & BillingAssist with department and company projects and initiatives  Assist with system user acceptance testing  About the Team:The Order Management team is part of our global Order to Cash (OTC) organization which include Order Management, Billing, and Entitlements, each group collaborates across the business units to provide transparency on our process performance, remediate to meet customer expectations and ensure the timely collection of cash due from our customers.
