ResponsibilitiesManagement:Mentor and manage a team of Functional Consultants/Project Managers; lend guidance and functional/technical expertise as your team members lead nCino implementations at Enterprise ClientsAssist in training and communication to establish a repeatable process for onboarding new Enterprise Functional Consultants/Project ManagersAssist nCino leadership with identification, planning, and execution of internal improvement initiatives, including but not limited to research of best practices and lessons learned across implementations, creation of POVs and thought leadership documents, and fostering coordination across Customer Success departmentsEvaluate and prioritize risks and mitigation strategies on implementation projects; serve as an escalation point for your team and effectively escalate key risks to the nCino leadership when required.Help internal and external stakeholders understand how to deploy nCino as quickly as possible while managing multiple dependencies and integrations across the businessAdvocate and escalate customer issues to nCino’s Product Group.
