This helps customers to visualise the value that Workday brings to their business!About the RoleWorkday is looking for an experienced Cloud technology professional with a focus on HCM software to join the Solution Consulting - Global Solution Architecture team.Responsibilities:Develop compelling demo solutions that showcase the Workday HCM platformPrototype use cases enabled by Workday’s products, tools and technologyProactively learn the functionality of new Workday product updatesDeliver enablement/training to our Solution Consultant and Enterprise Architect delivery teamsPresent solutions for internal Workday audiences as well as external audiences during marketing eventsCollaborate with cross-functional teams and build connections that accelerate the achievement of projects and initiativesSee opportunities for operational efficiency to scale the build and deployment process of our demo platform solutionsProvide thought leadership, innovation and relevant demo content to the Presales community enabling the delivery of effective, compelling demonstrations for our customers and prospectsAbout YouYou can demonstrate:Experience of Workday or similar HR cloud software application platformsStrong HCM background, with cross functional expertise across 2 or more of Workforce Management, Compensation, Talent and ReportingConfident communication (verbally and in writing), collaborating effectively with people at all levels and varying technical abilityStrong analytical skills with a high degree of attention to detail, with a passion for troubleshooting and problem solvingLove to learn and can effectively absorb new technology and featuresSelf-starter, working autonomously to find workarounds and solutions, but knows when to ask for helpDemonstrate resilience when faced with tight resolution timeframes and conflicting/opposing prioritiesAn outstanding teammate who will establish relationships across the organisation and company to continue improving the way we serve our customersBasic Qualifications3+ years of functional knowledge/experience gained through roles such as Consulting, Human Resources practitioner, and/or have a background in HRIS or enterprise application implementation of the Workday product suiteOther QualificationsOpen to travel periodically for team meetings and Presales/Sales eventsOur Approach to Flexible WorkWith Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote.
