We are responsible for building out capabilities that will help define the future architecture of the Workday platform as well as supporting the delivery of exciting new applications to Workday customers.About the RoleYou have an un-paralleled knowledge of your productsYou understand the business strategy and goals, and are comfortable translating those into actionable objectives and key resultsYou collaborate closely with cross functional team, championing operational excellenceContribute to process improvement within a development organization through understanding and promotion of industry-standard methodologies.Personify and promote the Workday values of Employees, Customer Service, Innovation, Integrity, Fun, and Profitability!About YouBasic Qualifications5+ years of product management experience, or comparable experience as a software engineerBachelor's degree in Computer Science or other technical degree or proven experienceOther QualificationsYou're comfortable owning the product backlog and contributing to the product roadmapYou have a track record of sophisticated, multi-year projects with collaborators across the companyYou have experience or familiarity with enterprise SaaS, distributed systems, cloud architecture, and automation technologiesYou are adept at systems thinking and respect how changes in one part of a technical ecosystem can impact many parts of the ecosystemAlways bring data-informed arguments to the forefrontFlexible and adaptable to adapt to changeOur Approach to Flexible Work With Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote.
