Business Analytics Analyst I

Overview:Leading AI-driven Global Supply Chain Solutions Software Product Company and one of Glassdoor’s “Best Places to Work”Seeking an astute individual that has a strong technical foundation with the additional ability to be hands-on with the broader engineering team as part of the development/deployment cycle, and deep knowledge of industry best practices, with the ability to implement them working with both the platform, and the product teams.Scope:Partner with internal customers / business partners to gather requirements and translate those requirements into Analytics solutions (KPI’s/ AI/ML Model/ Dashboards)Participate in the design, creation, and validation of consumable reports, metrics, visualizations, or dashboards from customer requirements.Perpetuate positive working relationships across a cross functional team.Continue to upskill across platformsWhat you’ll do:Responsible for participating in the design, implementation and maintenance of KPIs, datasets and business intelligence tools/ AI/ML models used by Blue Yonder predominantly to measure business unit and company performance.Effectively socialize Analytics solutions within the organization and across stakeholder baseWork on various projects, related to data and reporting requests, to support strategic initiatives/ ad hoc projects and assignmentsProactively identify and communicate areas of risk and opportunities across owned responsibilities as well as the analytics organizationMaintain regular communication status on projects and deliverablesComply with data and information security requirements of the organizationWhat we are looking for: Over 1 year or more of professional experience delivering Analytics solutions leveraging dataSQL, Knowledge of any visualization tool is required, Python is good to haveExcellent analytical aptitude and logical thinkingAbility to creatively solve business problems with the use of technology, effort, and partnership with stakeholdersOur ValuesIf you want to know the heart of a company, take a look at their values.
