You will take responsibilty for personnel management, customer satisfaction, project coordination, vendor management, and Equinix standard process implementation (i.e. incident / change / problem management). ResponsibilitiesManagementProvides direct supervision to professional individual contributors and/or skilled, support individual contributorsEnsures the team is delivering on responsibilities in a timely manner and projects are progressing, as expectedManages personnel details including salaries, positioning, hire/fire, reviews, coaching and developmentAssists with testing and coordinating projects and preventive/corrective maintenanceProject / Infrastructure Site ManagementPlans, coordinates, budgets, and implements resources to complete projects and maintenance within the datacenters. Develops and manages routine operational plans. Meets targets typically against a monthly planProvides input and guidance towards budgetOverall site capacity supervisionCustomer satisfactionClose collaboration with customers and timely resolution of customer requestsConduct regular customer meetingsFulfill customer reporting requirements about critical facility activitiesVendor ManagementOversees contractor work and operations to ensure completion to Equinix's required standardsTestingAssists with start up tests, documenting and reporting all problems Incident / Change / Problem ManagementCommunicates and coordinates activities and on-site staff during an incidents, changes and problem resolutionQualificationsProven years of related experience or equivalent work experience.
