Director, Managed Solutions Architecture & DeploymentJob DescriptionJob SummaryThe Architecture and Deployment Lead is responsible for overseeing and managing both the architecture and deployment functions within Managed Solutions. The primary responsibilities include developing and implementing the overall MS infrastructure architecture strategy, and ensuring alignment with the product organization and with the company's business goals.The Architecture and Deployment Lead will drive a team of architects and deployment specialists, providing guidance and support in designing and implementing scalable and secure infrastructure solutions. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess technology needs, evaluate emerging trends, and make recommendations for infrastructure enhancements. Additionally, the Architecture and Deployment Lead will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of infrastructure deployments, ensuring successful implementation and adherence to project timelines. This includes a strong understanding of IT infrastructure architecture principles, methodologies, and best practices.In-depth understanding of networking, cloud computing, virtualization, and storage technologies.Proven years of experience in operations/engineering financial planning and execution, with a focus on CAPEX and OPEX efficiency.Built or led a high-performing, healthy, highly engaged team and instilled a service mindset.Experience in building platforms and services using automation capabilities.Skills & Attributes:Demonstrates adaptability and the ability to manage or lead change initiatives.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex infrastructure challenges.Proven track record of building strong cross-functional relationships with diverse teams and cultures to influence and align others.Displays enthusiasm, motivates, and empowers others to achieve higher performance and better outcomes.Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.Acts with integrity and promotes inclusivity.Takes action, plans and prioritizes work processes, and takes accountability for decisions made.Fluent in English.
