You are part of the global C2C CRM team and report to the Director of C2C Activation. As this role is new, you can build the foundation and create a globally scalable growth program for C2C sellers. At the start, you are supported by one campaign manager. Together you create personalized and scalable customer journeys. You test and learn fast and use AB tests to optimize the programs and scale their impact.Our team is passionate about our customers, and therefore, we work closely with the customer insight team to understand our sellers' needs, motivations, and barriers. Our briefings are centered on customer problems and have clearly defined campaign objectives. You partner with our agency and challenge them to develop powerful creatives and copy.We have some exciting plans for the US market. Take advantage and join our distributed team.
