Job Requisition ID #24WD78008Position OverviewAs a Project Manager, Enterprise Customer Success, you will lead and manage projects for Global Delivery & Solutions Organisation through their entire project lifecycle, from gaining a deep understanding of the solution through to successful project planning, deployment, business/service acceptance and project completion; all to time, cost and quality frameworks. You will manage multiple projects, with high levels of complexity, based on a range of different technology applications and platforms, as well as working in support of Program Managers delivering work packages on more complex customer solutions.You will report to Director, Consulting Services and work in a hybrid work model.You will have skills or experience in the following areas: Project Management - prefer a candidate with experience in designing change management and or enablement projectsBusiness Analyst - can translate business objectives and strategies into project efforts/phasesOperations and Change Management - the process, tools and techniques required to manage the people side of change achieving the required business outcomeAnalytical Skills - have experiencing analyzing project metrics and trends to evaluate success of overall project. Risk and Gap Analysis - Clearly able to identify and define risks, provide mitigation plans and document to provide in progress reportsImplementing Strategy- Participate in operational optimization of workflowsData Visualization - Use data visualization tools to tell and track the business trends storyResponsibilitiesTranslate our goals and strategies Shared Service into project efforts/phasesDesign accountability and visibility into all major work effortsEnsure project completion within defined schedule, budget, and quality parametersDevelop strong client and stakeholder relationships and maintain effective communication channelsCommunicate and navigate varying functional audiences to drive need actions and deliverablesReview and track key process flows and maps to identify potential roadblocks, gaps, or issuesDefine risks and gaps into progress reports – highlighting the impact to overall value of solution if not mitigatedCollaborate to demonstrate key success metrics of Shared Service impact to BusinessAnalyze overall project metrics and trends to evaluate success of overall projectLiaise with Program Managers (if the project is part of a program) and related projects to ensure that work is neither overlooked nor duplicated Minimum Qualifications7 + years of project management or similar experience in a tech environmentPrevious experience in a business analyst role (or similar) which required the ability to quickly comprehend business requirements and define and manage the tactical plan necessary to meet themPrior experience in a role which required facilitation and communications to various stakeholders Preferred Qualifications Experience of working within and preferably hold PRINCE2 or APM PMQ certificationPrevious management consulting experience is a “nice to have”Have customer success and/or services experienceManage cross-functional groups of peers or more senior managersPrevious “readiness” experience highly valuableStrong work ethic, craftsmanship, and quality standardsComfortable acting with a clear sense of ownership,Credible- you easily gain the trust and support of others and credit others for their accomplishments and contributions#LI-SV2Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
