This key contributor role will leverage tools including Alteryx and Tableau to generate meaningful insights into sales performance and build repeatable processes. Our ideal candidate has the ability to dive deeply into the details to understand our business while assessing the big picture and collaborating with others to drive the company forward.ResponsibilitiesSupport forecasting and reporting by evaluating large data sets, developing analyses, and communicating strategic recommendationsBuild and maintain key performance metrics and dashboards to help drive key business decisions through data analysis, reporting, and automationApply a data-driven analytical approach to influence decision making and support company leadership in evaluating strategic initiativesConsolidate and analyze raw data to draw meaningful insights and present findings to senior leadershipAssist with quarterly business reviews and other highly visible reporting materials to support the Go-To-Market organizationWork cross-functionally to understand and gather operational data from multiple teams and summarize findings into presentationsPartner with FP&A team members to automate existing processes and centralize data assetsQualifications2+ years of experience in FP&A or business/data analyticsBA/BS in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Data Analytics or related quantitative fieldStrong work ethic and team-first attitude: humility and humor make for a high-impact contributorExcellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to summarize detailed information in a concise mannerMotivated self-starter, with ability to work with minimal direction and to set effective project plansWorks comfortably with incomplete information, large data sets, and deals with ambiguity in a dynamic, high-pressure environment; willingness to dive deep and become the subject matter expert in any area of focus.Experience acquiring, ingesting, and organizing data into relational databasesDemonstrated proficiency with tools like Salesforce, Tableau, Excel and SQL; working knowledge of Alteryx or Python a plusExperience providing recommendations using dashboards, visualizations, or reports using BI platforms such as Tableau or Power BIAlteryx is committed to fair, equitable, and transparent compensation.
