The Opportunity: The challenges you will be passionate about solving are:Develop a centralized hub for DME FP&A change requests. Understand the landscape of paths to request changes; from reporting to dashboarding and additional requests impacting ARR. Drive clarity around existing processes while identifying and closing gaps. Establish, educate, and maintain a process for intake requests. Keep a documented pulse on FP&A evaluations, facilitate prioritization decision discussions, and provide status updates and decision notes. Provide visibility, clarity, and accountability into change requests that DME FP&A requests to other teams. Ensure appropriate engagement from DME FP&A across system and process changes. Build positive relationships internally across the business, finance, and technical teams to understand what processes exist, and how to ensure DME FP&A is appropriately engaged. Drive engagement for accurate FP&A validation.What you'll Do Leading cross-functionally to increase transparency, clarity of impacts, and accountability to each other.Innovate to solve reporting challenges by looking across people, processes & technology with a bias towards automation.Increase efficiency internally with enhanced communication around system changes and policy & process updates.Translate finance, business & process information into leadership-facing content to advance strategic decision-making. Insert TextWhat you need to succeed Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, or other related fields.5-8 years of combined experience in finance, operations, and related functions with a focus on the technology sector.Significant experience within the Finance functions of organizations. Ability to explain Finance/Operations concepts to non-Finance/Operations teams.Experience in financial reporting technologies is helpful but not required.Strong understanding of Microsoft Products (SharePoint, Teams, Planner, PowerBI, etc.)Exceptional program management skills and excels at leading multiple projects concurrently.Robust EQ, proven to influence with experience operating in an unstructured environment.Strategic problem-solver. Proactive self-starter. Calm and agile in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. High learning agility.Outstanding communication abilities with emphasis on written & verbal communication to a global audience.Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $108,600 -- $224,000 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
