Manager, Accounting

We are looking for Accounting Manager to join our TEAM in Beijing. This is an amazing opportunity to work on Accounting. The team consists of 10 and is reporting to the Director, accounting.About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishmentsBS/MS degree or equivalent of accounting or financeMinimum 7 years solid working experience in GL or have dived into the analytical part of multiple accounting cycles.English as working languageIt would be great if you also have . . .  Japanese is a plusExperience for Japan or other overseas marketUnderstanding of tax, TP, statutory compliance, and various accounting related aspectExcellent researching and problem solving skills, including the ability to analyze, compare, evaluate, reconcile and order data. What will you be doing in this role?Reviews and approves general ledger journal entries and account reconciliations to ensure integrity of financial data.  Researches, documents, and recommends treatment of complex accounting topics in accordance with GAAP. Supports quarterly audit procedures and year-end audit and tax filing requirements. Ensures compliance with policies, internal controls and SOX controls, raising awareness and suggestions when deficiencies are noted. Collaborates with FP&A and other various functions to continue to develop finance and accounting processes in order to drive faster monthly financial statement close and internal reporting processes.Provides leadership and direction to other Accounting staff.  About the Teamthe International Controllership team takes legal entity ownership who ensures and reviews the accurate, complete, and timely reporting of all monthly financial information.
