If you already have a Candidate Account, please Sign-In before you apply.Job Description:Join this team focused on developing leading-edge solutions for the current and emerging wireless RF Market targeting the RF Front End portion of the Ultra Mobile Devices. Develop innovative multi-band multi-mode Front End Modules (RFFEM) for standards such as LTE, LTE-Advanced and 5G to shape next-generation product family. You will be part of a winning project team designing RF front end modules, and will be responsible for leading an engineering team from the product definition to the production release, these responsibilities include but not limited to:   Lead RF design and integration teams in the development of highly integrated and complex RF FEM for top tier mobile OEMs  Manage customer communication via technical presentations and specification compliant documentationCreate and deliver project reports to management & executive teamsFacilitate meetings with cross-functional teams on priority projects to keep them on track and escalate as neededAnalyze data and compare against key project requirementsWork with various teams to align workload against division prioritiesCollaborate with technology, quality and NPI teams on the definition and implementation of advance technology in RF FEMQualificationsMinimum Requirements:Master of Science in Electrical Engineering with an emphasis on RF/Microwave Technology13+ years of experience in FEM design and related fields,In-depth knowledge of Front End Module with Power Amplifiers, Low Noise Amplifiers, High-Q filter technologies, High Power High Isolation Multi-Throw Switches, various Coexistence and Noise Power Filters, Low Noise Amplifiers and auxiliary circuitsAbility to communicate clearly with excellent speaking, writing, and presentation skillsAbility to be organized and meet project goals and deadlinesAbility to work in a fast-paced, project-oriented, team environmentStrong Communication SkillsDesired Requirements:Good analytical, problem solving and communication skillsExperience with Wireless System Design for Cellular or Data MarketsKnowledge to design RF solutions for 4G and 5G market spacePrevious experience managing & developing technical employeesAdditional Job Description:Compensation and BenefitsThe annual base salary range for this position is $163,000 - $260,000.This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.Broadcom offers a competitive and comprehensive benefits package: Medical, dental and vision plans, 401(K) participation including company matching, Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP), Employee Assistance Program (EAP), company paid holidays, paid sick leave and vacation time.
