Scope:Core responsibilities to include development, consulting and could support.Our current technical environment:Software: AS400, RPGLE, RPG400, CLLE, CL400, DB2/400, OS/400What you’ll do:Responds to technical support tickets.Troubleshoots and identifies root causes of customer problemsTalks directly to the customer to determine the nature of the issue and handles customer requests for assistance (Incident and problems)Analyzes software related issues and propose solutionsVerifies solutions prior to implementationObtain and log customer feedback for the purpose of process improvementDocument software support activities thoroughly, accurately, and in a timely mannerProvides input for the prioritization of issues in the backlog and autonomously pulls issues or supports other team members as appropriate.Participates in team activities such as backlog grooming, planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.Keeps up to date with technology and research latest trends in the industry.Build customer specific interfaces and enhancements.Analyze customer reported defects and provide the solution.What we are looking for: Hands-on experience in AS400Good understanding of application integration Business processesGood Understanding of Retail industryGood Trouble shooting, Data migration and Debugging Skills in AS400Hands on experience in RPGLE programming is a mustExperienced in Integrated Language Environment (ILE)Experienced in Creating and debugging RPG/CL programsAbility to create Sub-procedures and Service Programs.Knowledge of SEU, PDM, DFU and Spool filesExperienced in iSeries Navigator and Integrated File System (IFS)Must have good written and verbal communication, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Must understand and develop efficient designs.Should be able prepare designs for new requirements.Proficient in all phases of SDLC.Should have problem solving, prioritizing tasks, multi-tasking abilitiesOur ValuesIf you want to know the heart of a company, take a look at their values.
