This role involves analyzing, designing, and optimizing business processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a thorough grasp of process improvement methodologies in the Plan to deliver space, and the capability to influence and drive change at all organizational levels. Additionally, this position requires a solid understanding of planning foundations and in-depth knowledge of ERP systems.Tasks and ResponsibilitiesIdentify areas for improvement within the supply chain processes, to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.Act as a liaison between business and GIS, translating business needs into technical requirements and coordinating with GIS to implement effective solutions.Lead continuous improvement projects using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and other relevant tools.Develop and implement efficient processes to boost productivity and operational efficiency.Act as a change agent to foster a culture of continuous improvement.Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to gain buy-in and support for process changes.Proficient in data analysis, able to interpret complex data sets, and make data-driven decisions.Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.Analyze and refine requirements for delivering necessary technology services within the supply chain planning area.Provide first-line support and insights for the supply planning team and cross-functional departments on troubleshooting, methodologies, and data issues related to planning tools.
