Test Reliability Engineer

We are looking for a creative and independent Test for Reliability Engineer. NVIDIA Networking unit has continuously reinvented itself over two decades. We need a creative individual who will help transfer Network Silicon ICs products (Switch, NIC, SmartNic) from design engineering to mass production.You will be exposed to various aspects of design, DFT and test of NVIDIA network IC products, and will be responsible for definition and development of tests for reliability stressing of Network-ICs. In addition, your responsibilities will include working with production test and HW teams. Reliability testing of Integrated Circuit devices to assure high reliability throughout life cycle. Leading IC reliability activities on various product lines and cutting-edge technologiesDeveloping test patterns and test programs for reliability evaluation.Investigation and debug of test patterns , including HW issues .Developing and improving work procedures and methodologies. Working together with multiple groups –silicon design, system and product engineering, test engineering, hardware and operations.Working with analog and digital design teams, DFT, as well as Backend team for reliability stress and test definitions and problem solvingDevelopment and integration of system level testing for accelerated life-testWhat we need to see:B.Sc. degree in Electrical/Computer engineering, Computer Science or equivalent experience3+ years of experience with IC test developmentExperience with UltraFlex or/and other IC testers/ HTOL ovensGood communication skills with diverse teams and functional groupsStrong problem-solving skills and methodical thinkingCurious, inquisitive, detail oriented, leaderMulti-tasking capabilitiesHigh self-learning skills and independence levelHigh execution quality standards Ways to stand out from the crowd:Knowledge of IC testing/ DFTKnowledge of board design Knowledge of IC DFT Background with semiconductor manufacturing process Experience working with subcontractors and Vendors  Widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers, NVIDIA offers highly competitive salaries and a comprehensive benefits package.
