As a key member of the Core Experiences team, you will be responsible for building a scalable backend platform that enables our Live sellers and buyers to engage on fun and exciting live streams. What you will accomplish: Become a thought leader in the live commerce space to develop and champion a product strategy to build a scalable infrastructure and platform that supports end user experiences across eBay Live.Collaborate with engineering across eBay to define and iterate on a zero-to-one product roadmap which requires influencing roadmaps that balance requests and dependencies from established eBay product teams.Make technical tradeoffs to modernize legacy systems, build new services, or rely on third party services to support live shopping use cases. Establish key success metrics and report on product performance, insights, and risks to goal with eBay leadership. Earn the trust of the Core Experiences engineering team through a deep understanding of backend systems across eBay and an ability to drive technical decisions to unblock feature development.Roll up your sleeves and take ownership of the Live platform and make the voices of the Live seller and buyer at the forefront of all relevant product decisions across eBay.
