Job Requisition ID #24WD80353Position OverviewThe Business Operations team is looking for a proven Program Manager to lead global programs and projects that shape how Enterprise Customer Success (ECS) delivers value to Autodesk customers. From operationalizing new customer offerings to enhancement and optimization of existing workflows, you will translate the strategies and goals of ECS into execution, launch and adoption. You will articulate a program's strategy and objectives and how it will affect the ECS team.To be successful in this role, you require facilitation, stakeholder management, and storytelling skills. You will need a passion to positively affect both Autodesk's business and the practice of delivering impactful customer engagements.You will report to the Director of ECS Business Operations. You will conduct the planning, execution, and oversight of assigned programs, and be accountable for program success. You will need to navigate a matrixed organization to distill important cross-functional information for decision makers and deliver value to end-users.ResponsibilitiesCreate structured and detailed program plans and roadmaps, set milestones, estimate time and resource needs, allocate resources, and coordinate tasks to ensure efficient project execution and deliveryManage program scope, success metrics, risks, and issuesMonitor and evaluate program progress and performance against metrics and goals.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs, develop requirements, and manage expectationsDevelop clear documentation of workflows and proceduresDevelop and refine processes to ensure effective and efficient executionWork with technical teams to translate requirements into technical specifications.Need to dive into details to guide execution but also zoom out to contextualize specific recommendations/programs within the broader company strategyBreak down silos to use ideas and solutions from across the businessComprehend requirements, then define and manage tactical plans and to meet those requirementsCoordinate cross-functional resources to achieve project objectivesEnsure stakeholders have visibility into current capabilities and how to prioritize investments to improve or add new capabilitiesWork with go-to-market teams using the existing technology stack and operational processes in new ways to deliver desired capabilitiesHighlight tradeoffs, and ensure that employee and customer experience are top of mind when making decisionsPresent status and proposals at all levels in written and live formatsMinimum QualificationsMinimum of 5+ years of work experience with combined exposure to consulting or project management in SaaS / Cloud environmentProgram management experience in an B2B enterprise SaaS / Cloud environmentProficient in all aspects of managing global programs and projects including policy, process definition, enablement, implementation, and change managementExperience influencing and rallying diverse stakeholders using both qualitative and quantitative insightsExperience implementing and scaling programs across globally dispersed teamsMinimal travel requiredReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.#LI-LR2Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk! For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $86,500 and $149,270. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
