The Partner Delivery Director at Workiva plays a crucial role with our partners to drive enablement transformation directly with our Partners and to grow delivery capability, ultimately aiding the partners to achieve self-sufficient delivery, density, scale and quality across the broad Workiva solutions portfolio. Reporting to the Director Of Partner Experience, EMEA this role will directly manage a team of Partner Practice Directors who are accountable for their respective practice portfolios of strategic partners.The role is crucial to the organisation owning the strategy of partner enablement and maturity of all Workiva partners across EMEAWhat You’ll DoThis role directly leads our partner enablement and delivery practices across EMEA accountable the following outcomes:Strategic Partner enablement training and plans to support partner solution growth, density and quality to ready the partner to deliver against pipelineExecutive level engagement across our partners and our internal peers to help deliver partner maturity and capability growth ultimately to a point of self sufficient scaled delivery and executionInternally demonstrate success of the team in line with the Partner Experience Team goals and KPI's amongst key stakeholdersEnsure the growth of strategic initiatives and roadmap of our Partner "Pod" structures to support the partner journey to excellenceResolution of escalations and, working with partner delivery teams to resolve implementation issues, identifying the root causes and delivering those into a continuous improvement process for the partnerProvide Operational Leaders with technical expertise on issues that impact success of functional objectivesInteract with directors and senior directors across multiple functionsWhat You’ll Need Minimum Qualifications Experience of engagement management and where necessary, supporting Practice Directors with escalation supportExperience working with Global Systems Integrators at a strategic practice levelExperience in Partner Enablement and working with partners from across all levels in a partner delivery organisationMinimum 3 years direct people management experience preferred, including supervisory experience of entry-level managers and/or established individual contributorsBachelor’s degree with 8 years related experience, or Master’s degree with minimum of 6 years related experience Preferred QualificationsExperience in enabling partners, driving enablement plans and discussions to create centres of excellence ultimately to guide the partner to a point of self sufficiency across our solution portfolioPartner account management, working with partners at all levels to achieve vision, support and agreement on capability needs and creationLeading a partner enablement practice function and partner practice directors, to drive quality, success and scale within their allocated partner portfoliosExperience of working with a sales organisation to transition customer/partner opportunities into your practice and recommending the appropriate engagement type needed based on partners maturity or scaleBegin to strategize on increased integration of cross-functional capabilities, pursuing innovation to address short- and long-term objectivesInternally recognized as a leading expert in profession; begins to be acknowledged as leader in strategic innovationA keen eye for data, trends and analysis to aid performance strategy and direction of our partnersTravel Requirements & Working Conditions20% travel for customer and internal meetingsReliable internet access for any period of time working remotely and not in a Workiva office Workiva is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
