Description Description The Senior Financial Commercial Analyst, Americas, will be one of the finance leads supporting the Americas Leadership team. In this role, the Commercial Analyst will provide innovative analysis and financial forethought for over 300 Retail Stores in 4 countries. The role offers partnering opportunities with a wide variety of Retail teams including Operations, Business Development, Digital, and Real Estate. Primary responsibilities include: - Creating deep insight and analytics on performance of AMR Retail, owning reporting for both stores and online - Creating and developing the tools and processes needed to generate actionable insights for business partners across the Retail Leadership and Field teams - Leading the evaluation of various Retail programs and promotions (e.g. Financing and Back-To-School), including a point of view on options and recommendations to support critical decisions - Concisely and effectively presenting information and analysis to senior Retail, Field and Finance leadership on a regular basis - Partner with senior field leadership to develop actionable targets and goals - Provide launch support and ongoing analysis and performance management for commercial programs - Cultivate partnerships and collaborate with central Finance partners to understand global strategies and share region specific insights and results Minimum Qualifications Minimum Qualifications 5+ years of experience in a Finance role or equivalent Bachelor's Degree Key Qualifications Key Qualifications Preferred Qualifications Preferred Qualifications 6+ years of relevant experience in a high performance and high growth organization Proven track record of independently completing challenging projects, leading multiple priorities, designing and executing ad hoc analysis and building effective business partnerships A self-starter with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Strong knowledge of Excel Experience with enterprise software systems (e.g. Business Objects, Tableau) a plus Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate results to both senior leadership and large groups, representing Finance perspective to non-Finance business partners Desire to learn and grow in a hardworking, collaborative environment Education & Experience Education & Experience Additional Requirements Additional Requirements Pay & Benefits Pay & Benefits At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $133,900 and $201,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
